Why pay you when the framework is free?
The framework is the methodology. The audit is the time + judgment + calibration that goes into running it well. Most teams running their first audit produce something passable but uncalibrated — common failure modes: scoring too high, missing the FIXED/DYNAMIC distinction, skipping the human-paired spot-check. A paid audit avoids those because it's our job to have done it 100 times.
How does this compare to Big Medium / Brad Frost?
Different positioning. They're world-class but Western-priced and US-time-zone. We're Vietnamese, smaller, faster-to-engage, and we bring the framework as the methodology (they don't). Pick whoever fits your context.
What if my team is in a different timezone from Vietnam?
We work async-first. Most communication is via email and shared docs. We schedule 1–2 calls per week as needed. Timezone has not been a blocker for any prior engagement — US, EU, AU, and APAC clients all work.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes, mutual NDA is standard. We sign yours or send ours.
Will you publish a case study without permission?
No. Public case studies are opt-in. Many clients prefer them for the marketing value; some prefer privacy. We respect either choice.
How does payment work?
Tier 1 audits: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Tier 2 implementations: 30/40/30 across milestones. Tier 3 retainers: monthly. Tier 4 packs: 100% on delivery. We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and Stripe; for VN-domestic clients, we accept VND bank transfer.
